Using Math Superpowers to Fight Gerrymandering

Racial Justice, Voting Rights

The Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights is leading workshops in a groundbreaking conference of 500+ mathematicians who are using their math superpowers to fight gerrymandering. Our attorneys are presenting on the intersection of racial justice and voting rights, and addressing the nuts-and-bolts of voting rights litigation. The conference, organized by Prof. Moon Duchin of Tufts University, has been featured in the New Yorker and WBUR.
