Victoria Miranda joined Lawyers for Civil Rights in 2025 as a Senior Attorney. An accomplished litigator, Victoria advocates for civil rights on behalf of people of color, immigrants, and low-income communities.
Before joining LCR, Victoria practiced civil litigation, focusing on complex probate, family, and health-related matters. She also served as an Assistant District Attorney in Suffolk County.
Victoria has extensive expertise in Native American law, having represented the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe, of which she is a proud member.
Victoria has been recognized as a Rising Star Super Lawyer and received the National Black Lawyers Association’s prestigious 40 Under 40 award in 2024.
Victoria holds a B.A. from Howard University and a J.D. from Temple University.
