Workers Rights

Lawyers for Civil Rights champions workers’ rights and workplace justice. We represent workers facing discrimination, harassment, and unfair treatment. We advocate for stronger protections, inclusive hiring practices, and equitable workplaces. Our work addresses systemic issues in hiring, wages, promotions, and terminations—areas where many workers face persistent inequities. Through impact litigation, policy advocacy, and free legal support, we help workers understand and assert their rights.

In response to #MeToo and #YoTambién, LCR is also bringing creative litigation to ensure that low-wage workers see themselves reflected in the movement against workplace sexual harassment.
