GUEST POLICY

BizGrow Central is designed to be a welcoming, professional, and productive space for our members. To ensure that all members can enjoy and benefit from the space, the following guest and meeting room policies apply:

Small Conference Rooms

Members may reserve a small conference room for meetings of up to eight (8) total attendees, including the member making the reservation. Guests are welcome to attend meetings held in a reserved small conference room during the scheduled reservation time. Reservations for the small conference room may be made on the BizGrow Central app or website.

Co-Working Space

To preserve a focused and productive environment for all members, the co-working area is reserved exclusively for BizGrow Central members. At its sole discretion, BizGrow Central may host events in the co-working area where guests are welcome.

Large Conference Room

The large conference room can accommodate up to twenty (20) attendees, including the member making the reservation. Members may request to reserve the large conference room for meetings, workshops, presentations, or events. Availability and approval will depend on BizGrow Central programming needs and Lawyers for Civil Rights operational needs. To inquire about use of the Large Conference Room, email BizGrowCentral@lawyersforcivilrights.org.

Guest Responsibility

Members are responsible for ensuring that their guests follow all BizGrow Central policies. All members and guests are bound by BizGrow Central’s Terms of Service (https://lawyersforcivilrights.org/what-we-do/bizgrow/terms-of-service/) and Community Guidelines while on-site. Use of the space constitutes acceptance of those Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. All guests must register in advance, accept the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines and check in at the front desk.

Acceptable Conduct

Members and their permitted guests are expected to behave respectfully and refrain from disruptive or destructive behavior while on-site. Failure to comply with these standards or any of the rules in the Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, may result in termination of membership and/or, if the individual is a guest, removal of access to the space, at BizGrow Central’s sole discretion.

Children

BizGrow Central is intended for adult professional use. Accordingly, children under the age of eighteen (18) are not permitted in the space. Exceptions may only be granted by BizGrow Central at its sole discretion and BizGrow Central reserves the right to deny any request or revoke any permission to bring children under the age of eighteen (18) into the space for any reason at all.
