Lawyers’ Committee Joins Amicus Brief in Employment Discrimination Case
The Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights and Economic Justice has joined an amicus brief in support of Plaintiff-Appellant Emma Gyulakian in Gyulakian v. Lexus of Watertown and Post Motors, Inc., an employment discrimination case before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.
Other organizations joining this amicus brief include the Massachusetts Employment Lawyers Association, the American Civil Liberties Union of Massachusetts, the GLBTQ Legal Advocates and Defenders, and the Jewish Alliance for Law and Social Action.
