10th Anniversary Fair Housing and Civil Rights Conference

The Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD) held its 10th Anniversary Fair Housing and Civil Rights Conference in Springfield, MA, on April 8, 2016.  At the conference, the Lawyers’ Committee’s Executive Director, Ivan Espinoza-Madrigal, addressed the challenges presented by income inequality and demographic transition in Boston as part of a plenary dedicated to the current state of civil rights.
